The Patrick Peyton Institute for Families in Africa (PPIFA) is being established at the Holy Cross Jubilee Centre in Njeru, Jinja, Uganda—to renew and strengthen family life across the African continent in the framework of Catholic teaching.

PPIFA's curriculum covers three thematic areas designed to equip family life pastoral agents, counsellors, and ministry leaders to serve African families effectively.
A foundational track covering Christian theology, Scripture, Mariology, and the Charism of Father Patrick Peyton—preparing pastoral agents to serve families rooted in Catholic teaching.
Practical, evidence-based training that equips counsellors and pastoral agents to address the real challenges facing African families today—from addiction and trauma to parenting and family communication.
Designed for ministry leaders, educators, and pastoral agents who want to grow in leadership, research, and communication skills to build sustainable family ministry programs.
